James Lee is a veteran business leader, investor and cross border strategist with over 30 years of experience building business and investment partnerships between Singapore and China. Having lived and worked in China since 1992, he has held senior leadership roles including Chief Representative (China) at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and Investment Consultant to GIC, where he facilitated investments and strategic partnerships across the region. Throughout his career, he has advised numerous companies on fundraising, international expansion, strategic partnerships and capital markets transactions. 

 

James currently serves as an Independent Director of Nasdaq-listed FineBuild, previously served as an Independent Director of Hong Kong-listed Gome Finance Technology, and is Personal Advisor to the Chairman of Deye Group, a leading Shanghai Stock Exchange-listed renewable energy company. Today, he advises corporations, investors and entrepreneurs on cross-border strategy, investment, corporate governance and international growth
